About billing
How do I pay?
Invoices are paid online with MTN Mobile Money or Pesapal (card or mobile money), or by bank transfer. You receive an email receipt.
What does the setup fee cover?
Installation on your hosting, connecting your domain, migrating your products and pages from your current website, and a training session for your team.
What happens if a renewal is late?
We send the renewal invoice a week before it is due. Your website keeps working while it is outstanding; it is paused only if the invoice is still unpaid 14 days after the renewal date. Your data is never deleted.
Can I change plans?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately; extra modules switch on the same day.
