We already have a WordPress website. Do we lose it?
No. We move your products, pages, blog and images, and keep your existing addresses so Google rankings carry over. Maven Branding moved this way. If you prefer to keep your WordPress theme, the PrintDesk WordPress plugin adds the configurator and checkout to it.
Who owns our data?
You do. PrintDesk runs on your hosting account with its own database. If you leave, the data stays with you.
Do we need our own servers or IT staff?
No. Standard cPanel or DirectAdmin hosting is enough. We install, update and monitor PrintDesk for you.
Can customers pay with mobile money?
Yes, through MTN MoMo directly or Pesapal, into your own merchant accounts. PrintDesk never holds your money.
What happens when the internet goes down?
